Proper formal HIGH TEAS are BY RESERVATION ONLY.
Proper Tea is served on a 3-tier stacker and includes tea sandwiches, fruit, scones, petite pastries, cold water, tea caddy with a variety of teas, and unlimited hot water.
Our most popular Proper Tea Service option is the Grand Dame' $28pp.
This includes the 3-tier tray of food AND quiche, soup and salad.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATIONS
1. Reservations are held and guaranteed by a non-refundable $25 credit card deposit (Credit cards will be processed with an additional 3.6% service fee). The balance can be paid in full upon arrival with cash, or credit card.
2. Cancellation notices made 10 or less days before arrival date will be offered two options:
a) reschedule reservation date with advance payment in full, OR
b) incur an additional $25 cancellation fee, added to the full price of the reservation booked
3. Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival date will forfeit the $25 deposit.
3. A 'no show' cancellation will be charged the full amount plus the $25 cancellation fee.
4. There are no refunds for arriving with fewer guests than anticipated. We have purchased and prepared food based on the original guest count..
